Anyone involved in the estimating and/or repair of automotive hail damage who needs or wants to create a professional, hail matrix based estimate fast and easy.

Not a question per se, but something we've definitely heard a lot of.
That is the best part about this app - you are in control, you set the prices, you choose how the matrix calculates things.
The easiest and quickest way to create a matrix with the prices you desire is to go to the "Matrix" menu item and select the matrix that most closely resembles what you're looking for. Choose "Copy Matrix" on the detail page of that matrix. Click the upper right most button until you get to the page that shows the prices (this will skip over some of the more intricate settings on the matrix, but more about that later.) Change those prices as you wish.

Connection free functionality - the only thing you will be missing while you are not connected to the internet is the backup capabilities of your iCloud account and the obvious inability to send emails and texts from the non-connected device. So long as you have a supply of estimates loaded you'll be able to estimate as many cars as you have estimates for. You can even continue to share your estimates via the AirDrop functionality.

Our desire, from the beginning, was to keep our product as simple for you to use as possible.
As soon as the download of The Hailculator completes, write an estimate in seconds.
Or take a few minutes, and customize the Matrix and the other details with your information. Now write a powerful, professional estimate in seconds.
We don't want your username or your password. You keep 'em.
As long as you've got an Apple ID and can download from the App Store, you are set.
iCloud funtionality only if you so desire.

Your information is valuable. But it's not how we want to earn a living. We want you to be confident that using our product will not result in anyone else bennefiting from your data. Your customers and how you do business is none of our business.
All the information you enter is yours and yours alone. We do not collect any information with one minor exception.
If you enter a VIN and it fails to decode correctly, when you enter the correct information, we will collect the correct vehicle information, along with the failed VIN so that we can update our database accordingly.

Your first three estimates are free.
After your first three estimates, you can control the price per estimate by selecting from the following purchase options:
1. 10 estimate pack for USD $40.00 or $4 per estimate.
2. 25 estimate pack for USD $75.00 or $3 per estimate.
3. 60 estimate pack for USD $120.00 or $2 per estimate.
4. 150 estimate pack for USD $230.00 or $1.53 per estimate.
This app will save you $4 of your time, no doubt about it.
The estimates you purchase will not decrease until you use them. There are no weekly, monthly, or annual costs associated with this product.

AirDrop the PDF to your iPhone and send it that way.
AirDrop the estimate to someone whose iPad is connected and send it via their installation of The Hailculator
Look for the iPhone version to come out soon - this will allow you to AirDrop the estimate to the iPhone version and send it via cellular network.

Currently, you will need to find a hotspot, or some other means of connecting to the iTunes store to make the in-app purchase of additional estimates.
Future version will include the ability to "borrow" a quantity of estimates to get you through the day.
